“We had the most incredible experience working with Teresa! Our four-year-old daughter had structural issues with her bite which impacted her breathing, eating, and speaking techniques. Teresa worked with our daughter weekly to adjust her breathing and eating habits and to correct her tongue placement when speaking. She also recommended a dentist to provide early intervention to correct her jaw structure. All of the treatment worked together to create major improvements in a short time. Within one school year, our daughter's jaw was corrected and her speech significantly improved. Teresa is a dedicated service provider and entered each session with incredible kindness and enthusiasm. Our daughter was excited to attend sessions and learned so much. Teresa also allowed me to join the sessions so that I could learn about the exercises and practice them correctly at home. "Our son was born low tone and has worked a number of therapists from PTs to SLPS. We started working with Teresa due to expertise with oral motor therapy. His previous speech therapist had determined Owen had a narrow palate making certain sounds increasingly difficult for him to articulate. Since our son was still too young for an expander, Teresa successfully worked with him to strengthen his tongue to succeed in learning to produce those difficult sounds. She made speech time for our son fun each week while allowing him to feel successful. She used a variety of treatment methods to help our son reach his goals, even helping him push through difficult times. We would highly recommend Teresa and would quickly return to her should our son need a brush up on his sounds after having an expander."
